Lin Li (She/Her, They/Them) is an independent curator and writer based on the ancestral and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations, a land sometimes known as Vancouver. Their curatorial interests encompass a variety of topics, such as the decolonization and decentralization of Asian art, the identity crisis in an age of globalization and digitalization, and the contradictory, interconnected relationship between art and technology. Besides their experience in curation, since 2018, they also built experience in art administration and gallery management through working with different art and cultural institutions in Vancouver and Edmonton. As an art writer, their reviews, interviews, and essays have appeared in Border Crossings, Galleries West, Reissue Magazine, Akimbo Art, and Dangdai Meishu Jia. Lin holds a Master's degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Alberta.
